We've got a wide variety of experience renovation both homes and commercial properties.

  • 1717 N. Broadway, Salem IL

    This home was a full-scale renovation. We rebuilt both bathrooms, redesigned the kitchen, replaced the roof, updated the floor plan, and installed new siding and windows. It was a major transformation, and we’re thrilled with the final result.

  • 1024 Grand Ave, Edwardsville IL

    This home underwent a full exterior transformation. We installed new engineered wood flooring, repainted the entire exterior, and added brand-new gutters. The old metal awning was removed to modernize the front entry. We also refreshed the landscaping with new plants and rock beds, and installed a French drain to improve drainage and protect the foundation.

  • 107 E Main Street. Salem IL

    Our largest project to date, 107 E Main was a complete overhaul. We renovated multiple two-bedroom apartments and transformed the commercial space with a full gut-and-rebuild that now includes two ADA-compliant bathrooms.

As their real estate agent, I had the opportunity to work closely with Alex & Abby from the time the home was purchased through the entire remodel. I regularly work with many contractors in the area, so I have a strong understanding of quality workmanship and professionalism. The transformation from before to after was truly impressive, and the level of detail and craftsmanship throughout this project exceeded expectations. Do you do anything other than drywall & flooring?
Yes! We have been doing renovations for years and would love to help you make additions or alterations to your home.
Do you do drywall patch work?
Yes! We actually love doing patch work. We take care to protect your space by installing plastic around the area to keep drywall dust contained. Plus, we use special additives in our drywall compound to minimize dust, making the process cleaner and more comfortable for you.
Do you both hang and finish drywall?
Yes, we do. This is a major component of our business.
Do you install flooring?
We install both laminate flooring and luxury vinyl flooring. We only work with Cali Bamboo products (we are a certified installer for them).
What type of renovations do you do?
We handle both residential and commercial renovations and are comfortable taking on most projects. Because every renovation is unique, pricing typically works on a cost-plus arrangement, where we charge for materials and labor plus a fair markup. This ensures transparency and that you get exactly the results you’re looking for.
What sets your drywall apart from the rest?
We use premium products and top-quality equipment to ensure a flawless drywall finish. Beyond the materials, our experience as remodelers means we understand how all the trades interact after drywall is installed, so we know exactly what a high-quality drywall job should look like—and we make sure it’s done right the first time.
Is there anything you don’t do?
Yes. We don’t take on standalone roofing projects and only handle very basic plumbing work. For specialized trades like roofing, HVAC, and electrical, we rely on trusted partners in the industry to ensure every job is done safely and professionally.
